Screen printing is a stencil method of printmaking in which a design is imposed on a screen of silk or other fine mesh, with blank areas coated with an impermeable substance, and ink is forced through the mesh onto the printing surface. This method creates high quality printed apparel that can withstand years of wearing and washing.   How is the price determined? Pricing for screen printed apparel is determined by the quantity of items being ordered, the color of the garment, the number of locations on the garment being printed, and the number of colors in your artwork.   What is the minimum quantity I have to order? There is a 12 piece minimum for all custom apparel orders.   What is the average turn around time for custom apparel? Typical turn around time for custom printed apparel is about 7-10 business days from the time your order is placed until the day it is shipped. This turn around time can very depending on the size of your order and how much work is needed to prepare your artwork.   Can I get my order rushed? We try to accomodate rush orders on a per order basis. Due to the amount of set up time required for screen printing, sample printed garments are usually not practicle for small orders. However, in order to assure your order accuracy, we will provide you with an e-proof of your design for you to approve before production. Blank garment samples can be purchased online.
